Planking for Weight Loss

Planking is one of the most easy way of losing weigjt without going to the gym, drink slimming capsules and spend a lot of money for lyposuction. In planking all you have to do is to  have a step similar to push up and let stay for that position for 1 minute and repeat it for five times. Dont do it continuosly for five minutes since you dont want your body get shaking . It is effectibe for everyone and found it easy to do.

You may start planking for 1 minute then add another minute as days goes by until your body gets used to it. Every small steps gets a little get bigger if you don't give up.
