According to research. Eatimg fish rich in omega 3 can increase a life span of one person aging 60 years old and above. Howeber, people under the age of 60 might as well eat fish so while they are still young for them to increase their life span more. An example of fish rich in omega 3 where those fishin canned sardines like meckerel, the fish named tuyo or dried fish is good as well because it can easily be digested unlike meats which really takes time to be digested.
