Three Days Water Fast Experience

This article is based on my colleague's experience during her 3 days water fast.

She's been trying to lose weight so hard 7 months after giving birth. The thing is in order to survive this water diet you should be prepared by following factors to avoid any bad effects.

1. Start first by monitoring your food intake especially carbs intake. It is best to practice the low carb diet.
2. Once you are used to eating small, start intermittent fasting.
3. Make sure you are prepared enough mentally and physically and no any heavy work outs during the diet as you will be taking no foods just water.

During the interview, she said that during the first day she's feeling her knees shaking and having mild head ache. Then whenever she's feeling hungry she's trying to drink a lot. The next day she feels good and light but still craving to eat foods though she's fighting for it. The third day is no longer new to her. She feels really great and strong and lost 5 pounds. As of now she's still 10 pounds away to her target weight and doing this water diet once a week.
